C3 Health Appoints Cole Naldzin as Chief Operating Officer

Naldzin’s appointment follows her service as interim Chief Operating Officer and reflects a natural progression of her leadership within the organization. She brings more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing healthcare, digital health, and technology-enabled businesses, with expertise spanning enterprise operations, growth strategy, patient engagement, service delivery, and full P&L ownership.

As Chief Operating Officer, Naldzin will lead C3 Health’s enterprise operational strategy and execution, with responsibility for strengthening the infrastructure, processes, and operating models required to support sustainable growth. Her leadership encompasses key areas of C3 Health’s care delivery portfolio, including Chronic Care Management, Collaborative Care Management, and Value-Based Care initiatives, with an ongoing focus on operational performance, scalability, quality, and patient outcomes.

Prior to assuming the interim COO role, Naldzin served as General Manager of Provider Solutions, where she held full end-to-end operational and P&L responsibility for the company’s largest service line. Her responsibilities included revenue and margin performance, patient enrollment, clinical service delivery, client experience, staffing models, capacity planning, and operational infrastructure. She also established operating plans, revenue targets, margin goals, and investment priorities in partnership with executive leadership and finance.

Earlier, as Vice President of Marketing at Wellbox, Naldzin helped build and scale commercial, engagement, and operational capabilities during a period of rapid organizational growth, contributing to 165% growth and helping position Wellbox among the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, including recognition on the Inc. 5000. She also developed and operationalized patient and practice retention strategies that contributed to a 52-point improvement in Net Promoter Score.

Throughout her career, Naldzin has led complex growth and transformation initiatives across healthcare, digital health, technology, and professional services. Her experience includes leading cross-functional teams, developing go-to-market strategies, optimizing operating models, supporting organizations through growth and acquisition environments, and building the systems and operating disciplines necessary to translate strategy into sustainable execution.

Naldzin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art from Moravian University.
